Our original course is in the center of town at East Frankfort Park. It’s been called a nook and cranny course and has many ace-able tracts. It is a fairly technical course with a wide variety of shot shapes and distances. Most players will take to it quickly but will find it a continuous challenge. On the East side of town we have Lakeview Park DGC. This course is a stark contrast to East Frankfort Park. There are many technical shots but also many longer, more open fairways with more changes in elevation. Hardscape OB and tightly mowed fairways which are flagged as hazards during tournaments make this course a real challenge. Our newest course, was designed and built in 2022 by Frankfort Disc Golf Association members at West Sixth Farm (Brewery and Taproom). In April of 2024, West Sixth Farm Disc Golf Course was voted #11 in the world on UDiscs list of the top 25 best brewery disc golf courses. https://udisc.com/blog/post/best-brewery-disc-golf-courses West sixth is on the North side of town off of HWY 127, less than ten minutes from Lakeview Park. |
