NOTE: Players will be able to change their divisions and/or tee times on DiscGolfScene anytime before registration ends.

On Saturday, arrivals and tee times must be strictly adhered to. Groups of 3 to 4 will tee off every 10 minutes. In order to avoid congregating, we are asking that players approach the registration table no earlier than 10 minutes before their tee time. Please do not distract players on the tee box. Please practice Social Distancing during this and all FDGA events.
New PDGA rule for 2021: All groups will need to keep a second scorecard as a backup to the PDGA Online Scorecard. A second player can use UDisc, other digital scorecard or pick up a paper scorecard at the registration table.
*We request that players do not warm up on the courses during regulation play in order to avoid distracting other players. Please warm up in other field practice areas and use available practice baskets for putting.
Payout: After your round, follow the PDGA leaderboard for your division. Once the final player in your division has submitted their scorecard, we will begin calculating awards and post the results in the Discussions Section of this event. Awards can be redeemed with Sam Wheeling at Bang-A-Chain after the event or you can contact him at a later date to redeem your winnings. Pros will be paid by your choice of PayPal, Venmo or Google Pay.
Ties: Any 1st place ties will require a tie breaker. In lieu of players having a throw off, we will use that Division’s leaderboard/scorecard and work backwards from hole 18 to determine final placement in the manner of a skins match. In lieu of a throw off, the award amounts will be totaled for those placements and evenly split among players. Players can organize their own throw off to break ties for full award amounts. Playoffs need to be completed before dark.
KENTUCKY’S COVID-19 GUIDELINES suggest limiting the capacity of our players and staff at any one time. Please do not congregate in parking areas, picnic tables or practice baskets before or after your round. Spectators and caddies will require pre-approval and must sign a waiver. Unapproved spectators are prohibited and may be asked to leave.
